Bloomfield police officers arrested Dylan K. Hulett, 18, of Hartzburg, Mo., Saturday on a preliminary charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to the probable cause affidavit filed in Greene Superior Court Monday, Deputy Marshal Harvey Holt and Reserve Officer Jordan Hasler were on routine patrol when they observed a yellow Ford Mustang perform a U-turn without using a turn signal while traveling westbound on State Road 54. ...
