Greene County Genealogical Society
The Greene County Genealogical Society was organized in June, 1995, by a group of people interested in preserving records of genealogical value in our county and helping other in their family research. Since that time, we've published several volumes and indexes of county records, as well as a quarterly newsletter, with the assistance of our dedicated volunteers.
In these past few years, we've received many, many letters from researchers wanting information about our organization, area, publications and family lines. For this reason, I've tried to put some helpful info about us here for interested
