Scotland Historical Society
Our Society is devoted to preserving the heritage of Scotland, Indiana. The old Scotland Hotel, located in downtown Scotland, is the hub of our activities. Through the efforts of the Society, the Hotel has been restored to its former glory and now serves as a Museum for items of historical interest to this quaint little town and its citizens.
Our members are devoted to maintaining the historic Hotel and acquiring other buildings of historical value to the Scotland community and surrounding areas. We have several fundraising and events which we use to help with the upkeep and maintenance of the Hotel and historical items at the Museum.
